Seven lovely gardens in Viroqua were on tour Saturday, July 15. Over 100 people took the tour. Here’s some of what they saw.
The Friends Adopt a Highway segment is along Hwy 131 from Harris Rd (just north of the Visitor Center) north to Cty Hwy P. The South half of the segment was completed Sunday, Apr 23. The North half Saturday, Apr 29.
Garlic Mustard Gathering was a weeklong, volunteer driven, stewardship event to remove invasive species (garlic mustard plants) from the Kickapoo Valley Reserve landscape. Over 300 pounds of garlic mustard was pulled!
